Vitikappa is a contact fungicide based on potassium bicarbonate in soluble crystals with preventive and curative activity against the major fungal diseases such as scab and powdery mildew. Vitikappa has a multitarget mode of action which causes pathogenic fungi to burst and desiccate and completely collapse. Vitikappa also acts on the vitality of fungal spores making it suitable for winter treatments as well. The high purity of the formulation minimizes the risk of phytotoxicity which is very present in formulations based on sodium bicarbonate.
