Semine is characterized by a fine structure that allows it to be used both in open and honeycomb trays or in small pots.
The particular Irish peats that compose it, and their degree of humification and calibration, keep the humidity constant and necessary to favor a rapid absorption of water by the seed and therefore its rapid germination; furthermore the Baltic peat gives softness to the substrate avoiding water stagnation.
Some recommended species for which to use this soil are as follows: vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, melons, pumpkins, courgettes, lettuce, chicory. Flowers: buttercup, marigold, glass flower, petunia, salvia splendens, ageratum, coleus.
