What some call luxury is already included in the basic equipment in the CasaNova annex. The heart of this unique structure is the seclusion. However, other features such as the practical gas piston are also immediately appreciated. Finally, as the eye also wants its part, an ultra-modern design.
No maintenance for the entire life of the product thanks to the best materials.
Biohort uses only the best materials for its products. The painted components consist of hot-dip galvanized sheet steel with a thick protective layer of zinc of at least 150 g/m² and an additional oven-baked finish with polyamide-based paint. By the way, it is precisely in this high-quality sheet steel produced by renowned Austrian and German steel mills that even the most important German car manufacturers place their trust. All other metallic components are made of stainless steel, aluminum or hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and coated with a thick layer of zinc of 275 g/m2. This is why Biohort is able to offer, with complete peace of mind, a 20-year guarantee on corrosion. In the entire history of our company, not once has the application of the commercial guarantee been requested for such a case.

Handles and bolts in stainless steel
- Low-cost producers use bolts and galvanized metal sheets, with the result that the first corrosion damage appears after a few years. Biohort relies on uncompromising quality: all components are hot-dip galvanized (i.e. protected by a very thick layer of zinc) and nuts, bolts and handles are made of stainless steel
Stability
- The Biohort sheds equipped with double-thickness sheet metal have very high stability (with a snow load resistance of up to 215 kg/m2). A scientific study conducted in the wind tunnel of the Technical University of Vienna shows that Biohort garden sheds can withstand wind loads of up to 150 km/h without any problems.

If possible, it is recommended to place the shed on a concrete base (Option A).
This represents the optimal solution as the surface will be flat and dry and the house can be anchored without difficulty while also ensuring good resistance to strong winds.
Alternatively, other solutions can be adopted.
Use self-locking or reconstructed stone tiles, a wooden floor (Option B) or more simply if the house has a load-bearing floor (Keter), a compact gravel base.
The innovative Biohort platform with ground anchor screws that can also be used on uneven ground (Option C).
Placing your shed on a solid and flat surface improves the stability and life of the product.
