A - Introduction
These conditions of sale (hereinafter only "General Conditions") govern the sale of products marketed by www.dadolo.com . The Customer may communicate with Tuttoverde Srl via: e-mail to the address: help@dadolo.com or by calling the number (+39) 0544455445 at normal rates or by post writing to the address: Tuttoverde Srl Via A. Fortis 2 48123 Ravenna .
All product purchase contracts concluded, through the website www.dadolo.com and according to the procedures indicated therein, between the seller and the Customer, will be governed by these General Conditions.
All published prices include VAT.
B - Acceptance of the conditions of sale
- 1. The contract stipulated between Tuttoverde Srl and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Tuttoverde Srl , which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
- 2. If the Customer is a final consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, keep, these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of the articles. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999 on distance selling.
- 3. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
C - Purchase method
- 1. The Customer can only purchase the products present in the Tuttoverde Srl electronic catalog at the time of placing the order and viewable at www.dadolo.com , as described in the relevant information sheets. The technical information included on the website www.dadolo.com faithfully reproduces that of the manufacturers of the goods included in the catalogue. Tuttoverde Srl , therefore, reserves the right to modify the technical information of the products to adapt them to that provided by the manufacturers, without the need for any prior notice. It is understood that the image accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, and may differ in colour, size, accessory products present in the figure. All purchase support information (Glossary, Purchasing Guide, etc...) is to be understood as simple generic information material, not referable to the actual characteristics of each individual product.
- 2. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Tuttoverde Srl by means of a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the Date and Time of receipt of the order and an Order Number , to be used in any further communication with Tuttoverde Srl . The message presents all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document. The Customer will also be able to check the status of his order by accessing the web area dedicated to him and viewing the order status.
- 3. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Tuttoverde Srl undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.
- 4. The Customer can request cancellation of the order as long as it is not yet being prepared in the warehouse. The status of the order is clearly visible in the "Status" section of your Personal Area. The order can no longer be canceled if the indication "Complete" appears. In this case the right of withdrawal may be applied as indicated in the relevant section
- 5. All prices on the site are intended as public prices and, therefore, include VAT. Tuttoverde Srl reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice. In the event that an incorrect and/or clearly negligible price is published, for any reason (error in our systems, human error, etc.), the order will be cancelled, even in the event of initial validation.
- 6. The quantities of product available at the time of the order are not visible on the website www.dadolo.com . Since the simultaneous access of multiple users-customers and the simultaneous possibility of "online" orders modify the availability of the product, Tuttoverde Srl does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the goods ordered.
- 7. On certain products, subject to price promotions, Tuttoverde Srl reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantities, subject to communication and acceptance by the Customer, failing which the order will be considered cancelled.
- 8. In the case of promotions with limited quantity freebies ("While stocks last"), Tuttoverde Srl reserves the right to send the order without the free product if it is out of stock.
D - Payment methods
- 1. Transaction security
Online transactions, on the Dadolo.com website, with credit card are carried out on the website of our credit card payment manager: PayPal. The credit card details and all data are entered via a PayPal Secure Server which adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system. This certified protocol allows you to communicate in a way designed to avoid the interception, modification or falsification of information. Dadolo.com is not aware of the credit card data used by its customers. - 2. Advance Bank Transfer
In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the order will be sent only upon actual crediting to the current account of Tuttoverde Srl , which must take place within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is automatically considered cancelled.
The reason for the bank transfer must include the order number which is released in the order confirmation email.
The bank details to which to make the transfers are shown in the order confirmation email.
Payment by bank transfer does not allow you to reserve the quantity until the amount is actually credited. - 3. Credit Card and Prepaid Credit Card
Credit cards and prepaid credit cards are treated equally by our systems. In case of purchase using the Credit Card payment method, the transaction will be processed by the international company PayPal.
Under no circumstances will the Tuttoverde Srl company be able to have access to the data of the credit cards used.
In cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment method, at the conclusion of the online transaction the amount relating to the processed goods will be charged to the customer's credit card. The accepted credit cards are all those that rely on the Visa, Mastercard and America Express circuits.
In the event of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in the case of non-acceptance by Tuttoverde Srl , the same will simultaneously carry out the crediting and cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount. The release times for some types of cards do not depend on us. Once the cancellation of the transaction is requested, in no case Tuttoverde Srl can be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the committed amount by the banking system.
Tuttoverde Srl reserves the right to request from the Customer additional information (e.g. landline telephone number) or to send a copy of documents proving ownership of the Card used. In the absence of the required documentation, Tuttoverde Srl reserves the right not to accept the order.
At no time during the purchase procedure is Tuttoverde Srl able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, as it is entered directly on the PayPal site which manages the transaction (with very high security systems); as there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No Tuttoverde Srl computer archive contains or stores such data. Under no circumstances can Tuttoverde Srl be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on www.dadolo.com . - 4. PayPal
In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the end of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page.
The amount relating to the order is debited from the PayPal account at the time the order is acquired.
In the event of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in the case of non-acceptance by Tuttoverde Srl , the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.
Cancellation of the order is possible until it is still being prepared in the warehouse.
Once the cancellation of the transaction is requested, in no case Tuttoverde Srl can be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal. At no time during the purchase procedure is Tuttoverde Srl able to know the Customer's financial information. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No Tuttoverde Srl computer archive contains or stores such data. For each transaction carried out with the PayPal account the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. - 5. Afterpay
It is possible to make an installment payment via the Scalapay circuit.
The customer will be directed to the Afterpay page to complete the procedure.
If you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in the number of installments you have chosen. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their transferees, and authorize such transfer.
E - Delivery methods
Tuttoverde Srl carries out orders for delivery in the following states.
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Shipping to other states will be evaluated from time to time following a quote. Customs costs, where applicable, are always to be paid by the customer.
Tuttoverde Srl does not ship to Mail Boxes, post offices, post office boxes and to companies that provide domiciliation services. For each order placed on www.dadolo.com , Tuttoverde Srl issues a sales note (equal to a receipt) or invoice for the material shipped. For the issuing of the tax document, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. After issuing the document itself, no changes will be possible.
The delivery of the ordered goods is intended on board the truck. There are no delivery services to the floors, porterage or installation.
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed.
The goods travel with packaging made directly by the manufacturer or in customized Tuttoverde Srl boxes
The delivery times of the goods ordered are purely indicative and are published in the appropriate table under "approximate delivery times" and/or on the product page; the same may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority. Standard delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 2.00pm to 6.00pm, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
During high flow periods such as, by way of example but not limited to, Black Friday or the Christmas period, shipping times may be subject to significant increases.
No responsibility can be attributed to Tuttoverde Srl in the event of a delay in processing the order or in delivering the ordered goods.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is obliged to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the delivery document
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered;
- that no closing materials other than adhesive tape bearing the logos of the websites managed by Tuttoverde Srl have been used
Obvious external damage or mismatch of packages.
Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier carrying out the delivery, adding the words "withdrawal with reserve for damaged package", or "withdrawal with reserve for open package" or "withdrawal with reserve for packages missing."
It is also required to open an anomaly file with Tuttoverde Srl , by sending to the email help@dadolo.com : order number, description of the damage, date of receipt of the goods, telephone numbers of the Customer and photos documenting all the any external or internal damage to the package, indicating at the end the codes of the pieces or products that are found to be damaging.
The opening of this practice must be carried out no later than 8 days from receipt of the goods.
Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.
Intact packaging
Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be collected subject to inspection by affixing the words "I ACCEPT SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BECAUSE IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHECK THE INTERNAL CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGES" and verified within 8 calendar days of receipt. Any hidden damage or anomalies must be reported in writing via email to the email: help@dadolo.com
Any report beyond the aforementioned deadlines will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
If the customer does not accept the goods by signing with reservation of control, additional costs may be required for sending replacement pieces.
At the time of shipment, our systems will send a shipping confirmation email with any product tracking code. The courier will in turn send a confirmation email that the shipment has been taken over, indicating that the shipment has been taken over and indicating a tracking code.
- 1. Delivery by express courier
Standard delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 2.00pm to 6.00pm, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
The courier makes the first delivery without notice. In case of absence of the Customer, the courier leaves a notice and attempts delivery again within the following 24 hours; in case of further absence, a notice is left again and the shipment is placed in storage. The Customer will be contacted by the Care Team Tuttoverde Srl with which they will define the delivery details. In case of storage and/or return of the goods to our warehouse due to non-delivery, additional costs may be charged to the Customer. - 2. Locations and places of delivery
For some locations such as islands, mountain locations, limited traffic areas, difficult to reach or peripheral areas, military areas, ports and airports or other disadvantaged locations, surcharges are possible due to particular delivery conditions. For this reason, Tuttoverde Srl reserves the right to request, subject to a quote, an additional sum as a surcharge on standard delivery. The customer may accept additional shipping costs to these mail locations.
Tuttoverde Srl reserves the right, if the location is not served in any way by the transporters normally used, to cancel the order upon communication, and to proceed with a total refund of the order itself. Payment for the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen at the time of the order. No further expenses or commissions are due to Tuttoverde Srl . - 3. Telephone Alert
In the case of telephone notification, the courier will contact the customer before making the delivery. During the telephone contact, the Customer can ask the courier to schedule a delivery, no later than 72 hours, and the relevant time slot (morning or afternoon).
The request for telephone notification is sent directly to the courier. Tuttoverde Srl does not assume responsibility for any disservices related to the telephone notification as it is not provided directly by us.
Delivery will take place at the following times: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 2.00pm to 6.00pm, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday.
Tuttoverde Srl is in no way responsible for the failure to perform the requested service.
For this type of delivery, an additional contribution of 4 Euros is applied to the cost of delivery by express courier, clearly highlighted when choosing the shipping method. - 4. Priority Shipping
The Priority service can only be requested for the purchase of Christmas products and only if available at the time of ordering.
In case of order placed before 11AM, delivery will take place by the end of the following day.
The mandatory delivery within 24 hours is a service offered directly by the courier, Tuttoverde Srl does not assume responsibility for any inefficiencies as they are not provided directly by us.
Priority shipping cannot be activated for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia and the Minor Islands.
In the event that the service cannot be provided, the amount spent will be refunded via the payment method used and standard shipping costs will be charged (€10.00 for orders under €100.00).
F - Processing and delivery times
- 1. Order processing times
By "order processing times" we mean the time interval that passes from receipt of the order to delivery of the product to the courier.
All orders, containing products available in stock, for which payment confirmation has been received by 12.00 on a working day, are entrusted to the courier already in the evening of the same day, except in cases of force majeure (couriers or personnel strike). shipments and in general causes of force majeure)

The table below shows the indicative delivery times, in cases of delivery by express courier from the moment the shipment is taken over by the courier (collection of the shipment at our Logistics Center by the courier).
Other types of delivery such as those that require telephone contact with the courier to define the moment of delivery of the service may be subject to a delay. The Customer will be contacted by the courier to define the delivery details.

Times are purely indicative and may vary depending on the delivery country and the type of material to be delivered.
G - Delivery costs
- 1. Delivery costs by express courier
The cost of delivery is calculated automatically based on the value of the products purchased.
For purchases over €100, no shipping costs will be required, with the exception of ancillary services requested by the customer (e.g. Telephone Notice).
Any additional costs for non-standard services are highlighted at the time of ordering.
The costs indicated are valid for all countries listed.
H - Right of withdrawal
- 1. In compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Customer who holds the status of consumer and, therefore, the natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to professional activity, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without providing any reason and without having to incur different costs from those specified in paragraph n. 3, no later than 14 days from delivery, or from the day on which the Customer himself or a third party designated by the latter acquires physical possession of the goods purchased or of the last batch of goods purchased. The conditions and procedure for exercising this right will be specified in the following paragraphs.
- 2. The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous paragraph must send an email to recesso@dadolo.com indicating the order number for which he intends to return one or more products and indicating the bank details to make the refund in case the order was paid by bank transfer. Tuttoverde Srl Customer Service will take care of the request.
Once the withdrawal declaration has been received, Tuttoverde Srl will send the Customer an email confirming receipt.
The Customer must arrange for shipping, carefully packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging, within 14 days via his own trusted courier. Shipping costs for returning the goods to Tuttoverde Srl will be borne by the Customer.

48123 - Ravenna - 3. The shipment of the goods to be returned must take place no later than 14 days from the date on which the Customer communicated to Tuttoverde Srl the decision to withdraw from the purchase contract.
Tuttoverde Srl , in compliance with the provisions of the art. 56 of Legislative Decree. n. 21/2014, once compliance with the conditions referred to in paragraph 4 has been verified, will refund the Customer the cost of the product within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, without prejudice to the right to withhold the refund until the date of return of the product to its warehouses or until the date on which the Customer sends proof of the actual shipment and delivery of the goods to the courier. Tuttoverde Srl is not required to reimburse additional costs if the Customer has chosen a type of delivery different from the least expensive type of delivery offered ("basic" shipping).
The refund will take place using the same methods used by the Customer for the purchase or, if specifically requested, via bank transfer, credit card cancellation, PayPal refund. - 4. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
- the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal only and exclusively with regard to the entire product; it will not be possible to exercise withdrawal only on a part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, attached software, etc...).
- The right of return does not apply to products:
- audiovisual, software and consumables;
- products specially or personally created for the consumer;
- for perishable goods or those that change quickly;
- for the purchase of newspapers or magazines;
- for services which, before the deadline for exercising the withdrawal, have already been performed with the consumer's consent. - the purchased product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation;
- the product must be returned in perfect condition, products showing signs of damage, wear or dirt will not be accepted;
- the returned product must bear the same serial number present on the invoice, otherwise, if the serial number is different, the withdrawal will not be accepted and the product will be made available to the Customer again, without any financial refund from Tuttoverde Srl towards you;
- The shipment for the return of the product is under the responsibility of the Customer, until the moment in which Tuttoverde Srl confirms having received the product.
- 5. The right of withdrawal expires if the Customer does not return the goods to Tuttoverde Srl within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated. The deadline is considered respected if the Customer sends the goods before the expiry of 14 days.
The right of withdrawal also expires in the event of a substantial defect in the returned product (lack of internal packaging and/or documentation and/or original packaging from the manufacturer; absence of integral elements and accessories of the product; damage; unsuitable condition of return) and in general in case of failure to comply with the conditions referred to in paragraph no. 4.
In all cases of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Tuttoverde Srl will return the goods to the Customer who will not be entitled to any refund.
I - Renunciation of purchase
Please note that the Customer has the right to reject the goods upon delivery. Please note, however, that upon issuing the refund credit note, in the event of advance payment (credit card, Paypal, advance bank transfer), the shipping costs will be reversed up to the delivery address and return to sender. Therefore, only the amount of the product minus return shipping costs will be refunded.
J - Guarantees
- 1. Legal guarantee
All products marketed by Tuttoverde Srl are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee for defects of conformity, pursuant to art. 129) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
By virtue of the legal guarantee, Tuttoverde Srl ., is responsible towards the Customer-Consumer (natural person acting for purposes unrelated to business, industrial, commercial, artisanal or professional activities carried out), for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product, as required by the art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and within 24 months from the date of purchase.
The lack of conformity exists when the product is not suitable for the use for which it is intended, does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities and/or performances promised by the seller and typical of the product sold, or the specific qualities and performances requested by the Customer-Consumer when this has been the subject of a specific agreement between the parties.
The reporting of the lack of conformity (art. 132, 1st paragraph), which occurs within the validity period of the legal guarantee (24 months), must be made, under penalty of forfeiture, within two months from the date of discovery (art. 132, 2nd paragraph). In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer-Consumer has the right to ask the seller, at his choice and without charge, to repair or replace the goods, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively onerous (Article 130 , paragraphs 3 and 4). In these cases Tuttoverde Srl reserves the right to offer the customer a partial or total refund of the product.
In the case of "modular" products (e.g. resin garden houses) Tuttoverde Srl will send the customer only the damaged pieces in order to restore the product.
Repairs must be carried out within a reasonable period, after which the Customer-Consumer will have the rights referred to in the art. 130, paragraph 7); the seller, after reporting the lack of conformity, will be able to offer the Customer-Consumer the remedies referred to in paragraph 9) of the art. 130, with the effects referred to in letters. a and b) of the same provision.
To benefit from the assistance, the Customer-Consumer must keep the invoice or receipt certifying the executed order that he will receive together with the purchased goods.
If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Centre, there is no lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer-Consumer will be charged for any verification and restoration costs requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs if supported by Tuttoverde Srl . - 2. Commercial or conventional guarantee
- 2.1 in addition to the legal guarantee for defects of conformity, the products marketed by Tuttoverde Srl enjoy the commercial or conventional manufacturer's guarantee.
- 2.2 The manufacturer's commercial or conventional guarantee is additional and not onerous for the Customer-Consumer and is provided, at the Customer-Consumer's choice, according to the methods illustrated in the documentation present inside the product packaging and present on the website www. dadolo.com in the appropriate area and will be provided by assistance centers authorized by the manufacturer. If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Centre, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's commercial or conventional warranty, the Customer-Consumer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as the costs of transport, if supported by Tuttoverde Srl .
- 2.3 Replacements in the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working when first switched on), without prejudice to the existence of the conditions for the application of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), will be carried out only if expressly provided for by the manufacturer. The replacement or possible repair of the product, provided they are reasonable depend exclusively on the manufacturer. Tuttoverde Srl ensures that the times for repair/replacement are reasonable.
- 2.4 No damage can be requested from Tuttoverde Srl for any delays in the performance of repairs or replacements of products under commercial or conventional guarantee, except for the hypotheses of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- 2.5 In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the asset must be returned by the customer-consumer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including the manufacturer's packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables , etc...); To limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to insert it in a second box; In all cases, the affixing of sticker labels or ribbons directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided.
- 3. Refurbished products
- 3.1 The reconditioned products sold on the website www.dadolo.com enjoy a 12 -month guarantee. As with new products, the complaint of the lack of conformity (art. 132, 1st paragraph) must be made, under penalty of forfeiture, within two months from the date of the discovery (art. 132, 2nd paragraph).
K - Privacy
The personal data requested during the forwarding of the order are collected by Tuttoverde Srl and processed on IT media, in order to meet the bonds born from the contract concluded with the Customer and will not be sold to third parties in no case. Tuttoverde Srl guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the Privacy Code referred to in Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30.06.03. The data controller is Tuttoverde Srl , via A. Fortis 2, 48123 Ravenna, in the person who from time to time has legal representation, unless a manager is appointed pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003.
At any time, the customer is entitled to revoke the consent to the processing of personal data with written communication to be sent to the registered office of Tuttoverde srl . To the Customer, who declares that he has received the information pursuant to art. 13 and on the rights due to the same, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, has the right to access its data according to the methods provided therein. Marketing communications will only be sent behind explicit customer consent issued together with the authorization to treatment and sending the online registration form.
