The sachet is placed inside the trap and is effective for up to two months. BG-Sweetscent can be used with BG-Mosquitaire (+/- CO2), BG-Home or with other traps that attract biting mosquitoes.

Effective against the tiger mosquito
Unlike many other mosquito species, the tiger mosquito bites during the day. It is small, black and white striped and also unusually aggressive. It can also transmit diseases such as dengue fever: this is also why it has become one of the major pests in many communities. Female tiger mosquitoes usually lay their eggs in natural or artificial containers of water (e.g. residual water in planters), albeit very small, making the Asian tiger mosquito perfectly adapted to the urban environment.
